Why We Do Not Offer Instalment Payments
We do not offer instalment payments, not because we are unable to, but due to practical considerations. Providers of instalment payment services, even when they advertise interest-free payments to customers, usually charge merchants service fees or financing costs.
As a result, many retailers increase their product prices to cover these costs. In practice, customers often end up paying a higher overall price for the convenience of paying by instalments.
Phone Payment Security
Please note that we are unable to accept payments over the phone.
To comply with financial security regulations, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we are not permitted to access or store a customer's Card Verification Value (CVV) code. These regulations are designed to protect cardholder data and prevent fraud, ensuring that sensitive information such as the CVV is entered and processed only by the customer during the payment transaction.
Bank Transfer Option
We warmly welcome trade customers, including builders and landscapers, to make payments via bank transfer.
In addition, retail customers who occasionally experience difficulties completing payment through our online store may also choose bank transfer as an alternative.
